NO CHANGE ORDERS!!!! Once a price has been agreed to, that is the price you pay. In this economy some companies under bid to get the job and add change orders once the project begins. Get it in writting “NO CHANGE ORDERS”, period. We are very thorough in the planning/pricing stages and cover what is necessary for your complete project. We will put this in writting.
