We approached this project like any other, research, interviews and reference checks. At the end of the day Silver Springs was our vendor of choice. We selected Silver Springs because of the way we were treated during the sales process and the confidence in which they planned to deliver our pool. Throughout the project, we were consistently warned by pool owners “the worst is yet to come” delays, scope creep and problems”. Although we did encounter some “challenges” along the way, Silver Springs rose to the occasion and made sure we were more than satisfied. Projects of this magnitude are never without challenges.
